These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Ascenzo website and the purchase of products offered through the store.
Ascenzo is operated by FiveStar Business. References to “Ascenzo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FiveStar Business in connection with the operation of the store.
By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Customers must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to them.
Customers who have not reached the applicable age of legal capacity may use the website only with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

FiveStar Business may correct inaccuracies, omissions, or typographical errors and may update product information without prior notice.
4. Prices and Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or presented on the website.
Currency conversions may be estimates and may differ from the final amount applied by the customer’s bank, card issuer, digital wallet, or payment provider.
Customers may be charged foreign transaction fees, currency-conversion fees, bank fees, or other charges imposed independently by their financial institution.
Unless expressly stated at checkout, prices may not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or charges imposed by the destination country.
5. Orders

- The order violates these Terms;
- Fulfilling the order would violate law, regulation, payment-provider rules, sanctions, or carrier restrictions.
A binding sales contract is formed when the order is accepted and processed for fulfillment, subject to applicable law.
6. Payment
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Use of a payment method may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy policy.
The customer authorizes the applicable amount, including disclosed taxes and shipping charges, to be charged to the selected payment method.
FiveStar Business may use automated and manual fraud-prevention procedures. Additional verification may be requested before an order is accepted or dispatched.
7. Order Limits and Resale
FiveStar Business may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or order.
Orders suspected of unauthorized resale, distribution, fraud, promotional abuse, or circumvention of purchase limits may be restricted or cancelled.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by the Ascenzo Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs authorities, weather, public events, security procedures, remote destinations, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of FiveStar Business.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
9. Customs Duties and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless the checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the customer is responsible for paying them.
Customs authorities may request identification, tax numbers, payment records, or other documentation directly from the customer.
FiveStar Business cannot control customs decisions, inspection procedures, or locally imposed charges.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by the Ascenzo Return and Refund Policy.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they had an opportunity to review that policy before submitting the order.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
11. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discounts, bundles, gifts, and coupon codes may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Promotions cannot be combined;
- Discount codes have no cash value;
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively;
- Promotions may be limited by product, destination, customer, or order value;
- Orders involving misuse or unauthorized duplication of discounts may be cancelled.
FiveStar Business may correct or cancel a promotion affected by a technical, pricing, or configuration error.
12. Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity performed through their account.
Customers must provide accurate information and promptly update information that changes.
FiveStar Business may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, policy violations, or unlawful activity.
13. Reviews and Customer Content
Customers may be able to submit reviews, photographs, feedback, comments, or other content.
By submitting content, the customer confirms that:
- They own the content or have permission to submit it;
- The content is accurate and relates to a genuine experience;
- The content does not violate law or third-party rights;
- The content is not fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or misleading.
The customer grants FiveStar Business a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, display, and distribute submitted content for store operation, customer service, marketing, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy law.
FiveStar Business may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.
14. Intellectual Property
The website and its content, including brand names, trademarks, logos, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, videos, layouts, software, and written materials, are owned by or licensed to FiveStar Business.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without prior authorization, except where permitted by law.
“Ascenzo” is used as the commercial identity of the store operated by FiveStar Business.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party platforms, payment providers, carriers, applications, social networks, or services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. FiveStar Business is not responsible for independent third-party content, systems, decisions, availability, or conduct, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
16. Website Availability
FiveStar Business does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
Access may be suspended for maintenance, security, technical failures, updates, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
FiveStar Business may modify, discontinue, or restrict features of the website without liability, subject to existing customer orders and applicable law.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products and website services are provided subject to the warranties and protections required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FiveStar Business disclaims implied warranties that may otherwise apply beyond mandatory consumer protections, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FiveStar Business will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchase of a product.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, the aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including certain cases involving fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from their unlawful use of the website, fraudulent conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms.
This provision does not apply to losses caused by FiveStar Business or where enforcement would conflict with mandatory consumer law.
20. Force Majeure
FiveStar Business will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government action, customs restrictions, transportation interruptions, labor disputes, carrier failures, power outages, telecommunications failures, or supply-chain disruption.
This provision does not remove any refund or remedy required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to FiveStar Business in its place of establishment, without depriving customers of mandatory consumer protections available in their country or region.
Customers may retain the right to bring a claim before a competent court in their place of residence when such right is provided by applicable law.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
23. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, product information, and any additional conditions displayed at checkout, form the agreement between the customer and FiveStar Business concerning the purchase.
25. Changes to These Terms
FiveStar Business may update these Terms to reflect changes in its operations, services, legal obligations, or website functionality.
The version displayed on the Ascenzo website will apply to future use and purchases, subject to any additional notice required by law.
